Five Metal Design Sconce Installation Instructions

1. Remove all contents from the box

2. Remove front panel and mica from mounting plate by compressing slightly to one side and pulling out.
   
   HAVE A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN WIRE LIGHT TO SUPPLY WIRES

3. Check to see if wall is flat, if not, level back plate and mark anchor holes located at bottom of plate

4. Remove mounting panel and drill marked holes with a ¼" drill.

5. Insert anchors (provided) into holes, make sure wires are tucked in electrical box, be sure there are no wires pinched

6. Install mounting panel with two screws (supplied) into the blue anchors.

7. Attach to electrical box. Make sure wires are not pinched.

8. Front Panel and Mica can now be installed. Make sure the front panel is snapped in place and flush with the back panel.
