The Ball fan, designed by Ron Rezek, is a clear expression of The Modern Fan Co.'s roots, derived from a minimalist approach to ceiling fan design. A perfect sphere provides visual simplicity while housing all the components required for exceptional air movement.

42" or 52" wide
Hangs 15" to 25" with included 6" and 16" down rods
Optional longer down rods available
Canopy 5.4" wide

Ball blades are constructed of plywood and are available in 42" or 52" blade spans in white, aluminum or maple finishes.

The Ball is available with a 20 watt LED light engine (90 CRI, 3000K, 1800 lumens) behind an opal glass diffuser.

These Modern Fan Co. fans uses an AC motor control solution for operation of a fan or a fan & light (with two-wire and three-wire options).

To order fan controls with fans, incorporate into fan part numbers.
Additional controls are available.

001 Fan Speed Control Only
Basic fan controls a fan only, with no light.
Provides four speeds.

002 Three Wire Fan and Light Control
For operation of a fan with light.
Requires two circuits (three wires).
Provides four fan speeds and full range light dimming.

003 Handheld Remote Control
For operation of a fan or a fan with light.
Uses only one circuit (two wires).
Provides three fan speeds and light on/off and full range dimming.
Timer for scheduled shut down.
Includes handset, wall mounted holder and RF receiver.

004 Two Wire Fan Speed and Light Wall Control
For operation of a fan with light.
Uses only one circuit (two wires).
Provides three fan speeds and light on/off and full range dimming.
Includes wall switch, switch plate and RF receiver.

005 Wall Control with Remote Handset
A combination control package for a fan or a fan with light.
Includes the 003 Handheld Remote Control and wall mounted remote holder, 004 Two Wire Fan Speed and Light Wall Control, switch plate and RF receiver.
